Bad quality products and Customer service.

I bought a small office desk at Decofurn, I assembled it according to the drawing after completing it, the top was damaged as the dowl protruded into the surface top. The product material is very light weight and bad quality. I have emailed my complaint and requested a refund but they are so tardy and haven't got back to me.
