Bad quality product

We bought an Uzi leather recliner corner unit from Decfurn in Montague Gardens 4 years ago, the leather is now peeling off and this establishment is now claiming that all their products carries a 1 year warranty, do you want to tell me one buys couches for one or two years at those prices? When I called them they are not accommodating, don't even try to assist by asking to see the product in question. What we also picked up is that they don't sell these units in leather but fabric, for me this tells me that this has been brought to their attention and they discontinued this style. Am I right to say that you don't buy these units only to last you for one year? Please assist as I'm very disappointed.
