Bad quality of products

i ve lodged a complain last year with Decor furn North riding regarding the two couches that i bought from them and had faults, there were piece of metals showing through the leather couch like stiches, i ve sent them pictures proof of purchase all the documents they requested via email, they called me to say a driver will come pick the furniture, first excuse was we need to have a delivery coming to that side where you stay then we will come to your house and collect the furniture this went on and on until they kept quiet till to date they not picked up my furniture and its almost a year now.... i want to warn all consumers to be VERY careful with this store they dont deliver on their promise and the quality of their products is not up to standard i wish i had not bought anything from them. they are *****.
