Bad Quality goods

We bought a bed from Decofurn October 2014, the bed broke in August 20015, panels completely broke and this is not the first product of bad quality experienced from deco furn ,after escalating the matter to Marelize the branch manager including photos of the situation and passed onto the regional manager , it was simply communicated this is what we can do and that is it. After purchasing numerous goods this is how Decofunr and its managers treat customers and lack knowledge and customer service to customers and are not willing to go the extra mile. I find it unacceptable that the only feedback is this is our policy , like it or lump it. weve requested that the base be replaced but to no avail and support of this business. What a waist of money , bad personnel and inferior customers service. Will definetly not purchase from them again !!!!
