Bad quality couch from Decofurn

Worst company to deal with. Their aftercare service are totally pathetic and their warranties are not worth the paper it's written on. We bought a couch in March 2021 and within months the middle started collapsing. After numerous emails and calls a manager came and agreed that the couch was faulty. They only collected the couch at the end of February. It's almost two weeks later and we are still waiting to here from them.
