Bad Quality, Bad Service!

I bough a wall robe online at decofurn, i also payed for assemblement. They delivered the wall robe assembled, but after 2 weeks, i pushed the wall robe a bit to the side from where it was placed by the delivery team, a piece from the back at the bottom fell out. And it looked damaged, it was not glued or *****ed on to the wallrobe. It looked like it had been adjusted on to the wallrobe. And then the door were not closing properly. I have to put cardboard pieces behind to make up for the piece that came out so that the doors can close. And the top part also has a crack.

I called them multiple times and sent emails, the only thing they have done is to ask for photos, I sent them photos in 4 different occasions, and the name and phone numbers of the guy that assembled it, they told me they had to order spare pallets from Cape Town. Till now they are still telling me that they are investigating.

I am not a returning customer, even though I really like their furniture, but their service and quality of their products really disappointed me.
