Bad quality, bad service

I purchased recliners for R20k. the quality was very bad and broke within a few months. after complaining and calling they collected the sofas, but then insisted they will repair it. I explained the quality is bad and i would prefer to replace it they refused. In all this i had to make numerous calls and send emails. I also purchased other items previously and in all honesty the quality isnt good at all.
