Bad quality

In few years I bought a furniture which I had issues with deliveries and eventually when the furniture was delivered I had noticed few scratches and i let it slipped, again i bought a bedroom in 2years which delivery took days before I complain and again it was eventually delivered... I also noticed few scratches but my grip now is that there handles keeps falling off and they weren't strong... I believe they need to fix the handles and make them match the price paid for the bedroom suite and drawers
