Bad Customer Service - Very unhappy customer

<p>I asked Decofurn Greenstone to transfer my refund into my account exactly a month ago, to this day i am still waiting for them to do that.</p> <p>After torns of follow up emails to them i have been told the person who does their refunds will be back lasts week.</p> <p>Today after another follow up I am told that the person who started working on my query is only back on Thur therefore i have to wait for that.</p> <p>What utter nonsense is that, did this one person leave with my account details? that noone else can make the **** refund?</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely if this person is dead someone else can make the **** refund.</p>
