Bad customer service

I'll never purchase anything with them I bought online a double bed and I got a queen headboard,I sent them an email they didn't respond until i called and they asked for pictures which i sent and they went silent again i called the second time the representative told me to go and exchange the item at the store when i got there they said they do not exchange for online purchases while the item is from exactly their store,I'm so disappointed with how they treat their customers I don't advice anyone to shop online with them
