Bad customer service

What a horrible experience. I called in to say there’s an issue with my table and the guy over the phone said they’ll assemble for me without cost and i was so specific in saying i dont want to bring the table and they charge me. I got to the store they denied it, i complained on the national number and they said “ there’s a fee payable to assemble”
