Bad customer service

They have absolutely bad customer service.

Never ever again will we purchase any thing from Decofurn.

We have purchased a mattress and base. The base broke and we are suffering from constant back pains as we are only sleeping on spring and it's not even one year old and still under warranty. They refused to assist us. They only want to credit us for R1400 that is not even enough to replace the mattress and base.

After logging a complaint, they said that they will get back to us in 48 hours. After 10 days we still didn't get any feedback and we had to follow up.

Clearly they don't care about their customers.
