Bad customer service

I am very disappointed. I did an online order for the third time nou. With every order i had problems but this is it!

First time the goods where damaged! Second time delivery was late, i had to take the day off. Third time the system changed to wrong color.

I cant take this bad customer service! I am not paying for their mistakes.

I ordered an rustic java tv cabinet, when i made the payment, i see that the colour have changed to rustic brown! Must be the system because we made sure of the color.

We drove to Decofurn to inform of this mistake. The guy working there said i must phone the hotline number. I have phoned multiple times and there was no answer.

Only when they phone to deliver the lady asked someone to phone to change the color as no one answered my calls.

The lady phoning me said there will be delivery charges and exchange charges. And very angry with me for not informing them! How can i inform you if they do not answer and i drove to the shop, no one could help me there. I cant help the system changed when we paid.

I will never order again from decofurn.
