Bad customer care!

We spent just over R12 000 on our bed & bedroom suite. We requested to speak to the manager and query free delivery as we were spending 12k at their branch. The manager was an elderly lady and was very rude , she said that free delivery only applies to customers that spend R2 999 or more ONLINE. How is this fair??? Thereafter, she said to us it would cost us R700 for delivery. The point im trying to make is that Decofurn's policy is pathetic! I can spend R3000 online and get free delivery but i cant get free delivery instore when i spend R12 000!!<br>
