Bad company, steer clear

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Decofurn has been one of the worst places I've dealt with. They arrived for delivery at my house with no warning at an inconvenient time, delivery guys were rude, they tried to give me a damaged wet item in a torn box, which they then also proceeded to drop on the gravel when unloading due to the box tearing in half. Despite this the delivery guys insisted I take the item. I refused to take the wet and damaged goods, writing a note on the delivery invoice, sending it back, and calling the delivery manager to complain. At this point he confirmed that the truck had been outside in the rain and had gotten wet. He apologized, and I assumed that was the end of that and that I'd receive my replacement.

Despite the fact that I have a phone recording of my conversation with their delivery manager, in which he admits the truck was outside and that the boxes got wet, and in which he apologised, and despite the fact that I have contacted Decofurn numerous times to hear where my replacement or refund is, they have ignored me. They have essentially ****** from me, because I do not have the item I ordered, but they have my money and are seemingly refusing to give it back.

I would advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to think twice. They offer virtually no after sales support. If your delivery goes wrong you are on your own.
