Bad communication and service

I ordered two bedside tables over a month ago. About 2 weeks ago they called to say the tables were going to be delivered. Just afterwards I got a call from someone else telling me there was a mistake and he would sort it out with head office and get back to me. Since then I haven’t heard anything from them. I have written several emails and I get the same cut and paste response every time, my tables are with the couriers and they are working through a major backlog. It’s getting stale.
