Bad business model, worst staff

Seeing as they have thousands or negative reviews this wont make any difference, but bad experience in showroom with me having to find staff to ring my order, to absolutely *********** and unorganised collection point. No one tells you what is going on everyone just stands around. People said they waited more than an hour to collect. This is the worst business i have been to and needless to say they will never see me again
