Bad bad service

Bad service I bought a Kate bed set and mattress when I sent the invoice and pictures to show them the mattress is bulging of the sides they said it is because people sit on the bed let me make it clear people don't sit in my bed I sleep in my bed.it not about the R500 payment it's about the statement made by the lady who called me I will say my say she made a remark that I ln trying to make excuse I want her to never call me again Trudy is her name i don't pass remarks that people sir on the bed people don't go into my room and Sit on my bed make sure before you say things like that the mattress is 2 years a few months and it pop out of the sleigh bed it's a manufacturer problem when I told her this on email she said I'm looking for excuse ? Now I ask you why should I pay in what should I pay in when you get remarks passed like that I admit I am straight forward I will say my say but don't pass remarks to make me cross and then want to change it to suit you.
