Bad bad customer service
If there was a zero star option, that's what they would get. I've been in this cold warehouse in Montague Gardens for over an hour, waiting for assembly of two bed side pedestals. They could've told me beforehand it takes this long, I'd have opted to assemble it myself. Extremely poor service
