Bad bad bad mattress quality

We bought the deco Supreme mattress from this store last week of October 2020. As I type this our back is toooo stiff it's like we are sleeping on a rock. It's soooo hard. The quality is unbelievably bad. Sleeping on the floor is way better than sleeping on it. I'm highly disappointed in their products. It's sooo bad. I can't believe it. The issue is now we HAVE to get a new mattress. We don't even have a month with it. I think that mattress have a potential of damaging someone s back forever. It's sooo bad. I honestly feel it should be taken off the market. And would like my refund lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
