Bad attitude & fong kong stuff

A week ago I bought a Gail leather corner chaise for R5499 to take to Mozambique & later realised that the chair is messed up, the legs are broken. Came back to SA went to complain & was charged a repair fee of R550 on top of that I had already paid for. And even after paying it still came back the same broken & refused to take it. the manager was very rude & ****** & refused to give me his name. Is this the kind of attitude you give to your customers.
