Bad attitude and bad customer service

I went to the shop for the second time, the first Dunisani said he will assist me and he never came meanwhile he's busy assisting other people with the attitude and I decided to go come back later and Dunisani said he will assist me he's still busy with a customer after 30 minutes of waiting I saw him assisting other customer besides the one he was referring to and when I ask he said why was I waiting there cause i was suppose to go to him and he was even shouting, your stuff really need customer service more especially Thabo he said I can even report him he does not care.
