Awful customer service

If there was a zero rating, I would give it to this nightmare of a company. This company knew they were closing down yet they accepted lay-bys after which they expected me to travel over 30kms to collect my items. To save yourself the stress DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They have no regard from customers. What an awful experience it's been to interact with this dreadful company.
