Aviod Decofurn

I have never had such bad service in my life ! A pleasant Sunday experience turned into a nightmare . We bought a leather recliner and paid by credit card . The sales person checked the stock prior to us paying for the chair . When we went to collect the chair , they did not have it in stock and they could not supply what we had already paid for ! There are no chairs like that left at any branch and the sales lady told us it is not her problem as she is only SALES!!! They then did not want to refund our card , wanted to give us an in store credit or refund us during the week! Took them 45 min to do the credit after phoning and using WhatsApp for permission : bad stock control , bad accounting controls and rude staff !! They may be cheap but now we know why !!
