Atrocious service! Stay away from the Centurion store

I have never received such bad service in my life!! I bought furniture at the store in Centurion and one of the couches had a faulty leg. After numerous occasions of trying to make contact and log a complaint, I finally got through. I spoke to a lady called Aniza and she kept on making promises that I would be sorted out but with no luck. It has been weeks and my couch is still faulty and hasn’t been picked up as promised. I find the service totally atrocious and despicable. This is our hard earned cash and the least the store could do is give better service and better yet, live up to promises they make. That lady Aniza is totally unreliable and I wouldn’t want to have anyone like her if it was my business. I am never buying anything from that store again and I will make sure none of my contacts or people I know ever set foot there again. I will wait for another day and if my issue isn’t resolved, I will be seeking legal advice or approaching whoever need be.
