Appauling service at Decofurn Centurion

I bought a desk on 5/01/2019 at Decofurn Centurion which was supposed to be ordered and available at end Jan '19. I received no feedback on my order, when I called in eventually on *** I was told the stock is available and I could collect. Today is 3/3/2019, I'm at the shop, have been given the run around between cashiers, dispatch and Rita the salesperson that sold me the stock for the past 2hours. I've even agreed to take something different from what I ordered! The way this shop treats their customers is appauling! This is the last time I buy from this shop! Why do you invoice something and confirm stock, but when the customer gets to dispatch only to be told there is no stock! This is ridiculous!
