APPALLING SERVICE!!!
<p>After spending more than 2 hours at the store yesterday (due to the staffs incompetence & inability to provide a customer with full attention as they work on commission) I eventually made a payment of R 9 729 in FULL.</p> <p>This morning I get a call to say that 2 of the items which I already PAID FOR IN FULL, were reserved for someone else!</p> <p>Now I will have to at my own cost and additional loss of time, have to go back to the store to obtain a refund!</p> <p> </p>
