Appalling customer service

I placed an online order from here, only to receive an email from Decofurn Montague the Monday saying I stay in a high risk area and they will not deliver. I responded immediately and asked them where it states that in the adverti*****t and why was the order approved for delivery if that is the case. To date I have not received any feedback from Michele who sent the email. They customer service here is appalling
