Appalling customer service

Terrible customer service experience with Decofurn after making an error with an online purchase, I enquired about doing an exchange for the item but never received feedback regarding their processes instead was only informed that I'd forfeit the discount I had received and that I had 7 days to return the item. Upon arriving at the Decofurn Warehouse in Montague gardens, was told that they do not deal with online queries....
