Appalled by Decorfurn

Absolutely disgusted by the service received from Decorfurn Greenstone. Fully paid and placed an order a month an half ago and no one knows when will I receive the delivery. Management promises to follow up and call back however I've heard nothing from any of them nor do they take any calls. Requested a refund as I was told there's nothing they can do, still waiting for my refund. Decofurn your customer service is appalling!!!
