*********** and poor customer service

I ordered on the 20th of December 2023 and on the 28th my order was dispatched as their lead time is 10 days yet I still haven't received it and the tracking link that was sent to me isn't working😠

On top of that whenever I call they keep telling me they'll get back to me but they never do.

There's no communication or whatsoever.
