An Angry client

I'm really furious with this store. I made a purchase in july and throughout this period I've had to change my items because they had no stock. At first I didn't mind. I then recieved a call to say my items are ready for collection and went to collect on 2nd of October. When I got there 2 chairs were short and they had sold my items. To add on top of that they have me a couch that was on display without my knowledge, fortunately I got to hear this prior to leaving the store so I returned the couch. Their service is horrid, the cashier was rude and basically made me feel like I'm a nuisance to her with her rude remarks. I was told I'd get my items this week, I dont see that happening. They wait for me to call them, no one calls to keep me informed about anything. It's just horrible. I will never ever ever again purchase anything from this store and will never refer anyone to the store.
