Aluminium Patio set

Called 5 times and left messages for their Regional Manager Leon. I was left on the phone for 25 minutes and no one came back on the line the 5th time I called. Shocking service when i spent over R 10 000 in their store. i was asking for assistance and prepared to pay even though the table is faulty. No reply to my email below:

Good day Leon, I trust this email finds you well. I called your branch regarding my issues on Saturday and hope you an assist me. I purchased your aluminium patio set which was delivered on 18 September. The table is warped in the middle which I did not raise with Decofurn. On Saturday I had a decoration on my table which it seems from the heat melted into the aluminium as per the attached picture. When I called your store and discussed the issue I was informed that the patio set could not be exposed to weather conditions which is now surprising to me as when I purchased this I was told that 100% weather proof and could be fully exposed. I had also explained that I live by the sea. I am aware that what has transpired is not a factory fault however I was not aware that you could not display all types of ornaments on the table. In saying that the table is till warped and caves in the centre. I am asking for assistance in fixing the damage to the table even if I have to pay for call out or pick up etc and repair. I would also like clarity on whether this table and chairs that I was so specific to ask would be fully displayed to weather conditions is in fact weather resistant as I was assured of this in your store.
