Additional costs

Good day

Please note that I am highly irritated with all these additional cost I've been charged...

I spent more than 13000 rand and I was charged delivery costs as well as assembling costs... After spending sooo much I am being charged all these additional costs..

On your website you have stated that if you spend more than 3999 rand delivery is free??

I then get told that its online special... nowhere on there does it state that free delivery applies to online
