Absolutely disgusted by the service!!!

I am not happy at all with the service on this order - I received it yesterday after following up twice.

The dispatch department agreed to delivery on Thursday 10 December. I stayed home the whole day and didn't go into work, as they were unable to advise delivery time for morning or the afternoon.

When I called to follow up at 3pm, they said delivery would deliver between 5pm and 6pm.

Thanks for my delivery which was only completed at 8:19pm!!! I was waiting the entire day from 9am in the morning. This is ridiculous - when I told the driver it was too late, I was told - if you send us away now you will have to pay for another delivery.

Is this really how you treat paying customers? It's ridiculous firstly that they cannot advise time for either morning or afternoon and then to be threatened with an additional delivery charge after keeping me waiting the entire day and inconveniencing me in the evening.

Absolutely disgusted by the service!!!
