A manager that cares, a rarity in todays service industry

This is NOT a review of Decofurn but rather a review of one of their employees... I recently had an issue with a item of furniture that I bought three years ago and was out of warranty and I was directed to communicate with one of their managers at their Milnerton branch for assistance. Basil a manager at the branch is currently assisting me to a satisfactory conclusion by going way above the levels of service which is generally offered to clients by any business in South Africa at this time. Thank you Basil for your assistance in this regard, it is nice to know that there are still managers that are willing to assist customers to the best of their ability and don"t "hide behind call centers" or excuses and are generally unapproachable Well done to you Sir for being considerate and for providing regularly feedback to your customer, you are meeting and I am sure will exceeded this customers expectation.
