A hideous company to deal with, never again even and it is not always about price as I have discovered.

Actually I would not even give them a rating, zero rating comes to mind. I paid for a dining room table and office chair on 12 June, paid for both. The office chair was out of stock and meant to be ordered. I am still waiting and today is 04 July. When I opened the dining room table on 12 June, there was a dent in the middle of the table. I had not time to take it back as I needed the table for a function, so just covered it up with a table cloth. That left a bad taste already. Now I am completely fed up as I have not received notification of the chair that I ordered. I tried to call the store, believe it or not, the number just rings and rings and rings. I managed to get through to head office, they tried to connect me to the store manage and guess what, the call was cut off. I called back and was told that they will get someone to call me back urgently. Not holding my breath now...it is 11h40 on 04 July...
