3 Weeks and still no stock

I came into Decofurn North Riding on 24th Nov. I purchased a few items one of which needed to be ordered from CPT and was told it will take 7 to 10 days. Tomorrow is 3 weeks and I called a dozen times and I'm told the stock hasn't arrived or they say they'll check and never get back to me. I gave it a week and a half for the order and have been phoning ever since. Even head office said they'll look into it and never came back to me that one was a week again. I leave on Monday afternoon for a flight and I'm gone for 3 weeks. I'm sick of being passed from person to person and told they'll get back to me. That's the ultimate on shocking service delivery.
