AVOID DECOFILM KLEINMOND AND HQ LIKE THE PLAGUE

Decofilm Kleinmond has the WORST AFTERSALES SERVICE I have EVER encountered!

The film app**** to the windows on the front of my house has bubbled and lifted to the point that my windows look cracked!

I have a 7 year warranty, about to expire of course, and even though I have sent whatsapp upon whatsapp messages including photos as well as a strongly worded email to the head office, I have to date, now 10 months later STILL had only one response via whatsapp with promises and NO FOLLOW UP OR FOLLOW THROUGH!

I would strongly suggest that this business be avoided like the plague.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the unprofessional manner of the above-mentioned business.

This review is my last resort as I have been ignored one to many times.

SHAME ON YOU!
