No follow up on latent defect in waterproofing

This firm replaced our roof and performed waterproofing on a number of our external walls. As part of the process, all of the rain gutters were replaced. During this process, which I could not see as it was on a part of the roof that was not visible or accessible from the ground, a portion of a wall was cut away to allow for the rain gutter to be installed.

The wall was never closed, waterproofed or flashing added as is normal building practice. This was finally discovered during the rains of this winter, when leaks and a bubbling wall showed up in our bathroom.

I took pictures of the damage, provided them to Deco on 23 July. A week went by before I was even able to get acknowledgement from Deco that they had received my messages. I have consistently followed up only to be given one excuse after another as to why they can't even schedule an inspection.

On Friday, 15 August I was told by Deco that a foreman would contact me no later than Monday, 18 August for an inspection. No contact has been made since, nor has any reply been given to my latest enquires.
