Unprofessional Service

Terrible and unprofessional service! I cannot wait to just be done with this company and put this traumatic experience behind me.

My experience in placing an order on this website:

1. First of all the item listed on the website was the incorrect price.

2. After placing my order, I had to follow up several times on when it would be delivered.

3. Once the item was finally delivered, it, unfortunately, was not suitable for me and I had to contact the owner to request a return and refund.

4. I emailed the owner to let her know and she advised that they do not refund back to the client, but they refund you to your store credit. Very well... - but then she advised it cost her R500 to have the item delivered to me, so this amount would be taken off my store credit at refund????!!!! I find this completely disingenuous - as this was the first time I was ever made aware of being charged an additional fee to courier the item TO ME. Furthermore, I find it very opportunist that this R500 is only brought up now when I am requesting a return and refund.

5. it has now been 2 weeks since I requested a return and I am still waiting for her to arrange collection for the item so they can process the return I can be refunded (an additional R500 courier fees). I have sent 2 emails and I am yet to get a reply.

7. the item cost me R1800, and I am being charged R1000 to cover costs of courier fees - this is an ONLINE store!?

I am at my absolute wit's end in dealing with this company! Disgusting service.
