Bought goods mid July - 1st delivery date missed, 2nd delivery date missed, 3rd delivery date missed. 4th delivery date rejected and refund requested. They agreed and confirmed the refund, but no proof sent and no refund received. Some coms answered, others ignored - what's going on here?
