No words for the poorest of poor service ever received

Wish there was a zero star rating for this company. The poorest of service i have ever experienced. Placed my order on the 30th of May for a special present to redo my daughters room for her birthday. Till today, no delivery. Empty promises, lack of communication, shipping dates change every week, etc. Only have a email address and whatsupp number which they dont answer. Requested their telephone number to contact them, got ignored. Requested a call back, also got ignored. What must a person do to get a proper answer from them? Never again will i use them and will also share my disgust of poor service delivery for sure.
