No delivery with Deco SA
I have placed an order for 6 dining chairs and 4 kitchen bar stools and till today I have not received my order. Order no ***, I've been in communication with the shop via email but timelines are not clear or not communicated, I'm disappointed, I would never recommend this shop, I spent R24000 on my order and I'm regretting that decision. I have people coming over at my house and we have no chairs for them because I trusted wrong shop. I still don't know when I will be receiving my order, I don't know, I'm very close to asking for my money back.

Your order was dispatched 14 business days after you placed your order on the 25th of November. We would have dispatched sooner, but unfortunately we don’t dispatch on public holidays and as you are well aware, we had to arrange replacement chairs for you in alternative colours which delayed the entire process.
We have been open and transparant and have clearly communicated throughout the entire process.
