Item ordered and never delivered
I placed an order on 27th February 2021 - after struggling to get hold of the team telephonically, your Whatsapp service indicated it would be dispatched this week. It still hasn't been dispatched and I cannot get hold of anyone to assist me including on the Whatsapp service. Would someone please be able to help?
