Desperate Mum - still waiting for compactum to arrive

We ordered a compactum on 4 October from Deco SA. At the time, the expectation was 2-3 weeks for it to be made and then delivery would take place. Although the amount of time for delivery is not estimated, I expected a week, meaning that the compactum would be delivered by end October. Upon enquiry on 2 November, I was told that the order would be ready to ship on 20 November. On 20 November, I followed up and was told that this had now shifted to 4 December. That means 2 months lead time, not 2-3 weeks as advertised. The problem is that I have no faith anymore in the 4 December date, as I have only had false promises this far. I keep being told "we will get back to you" but with no answers. I have tried being polite, I have tried desperate pleas, but with no phone number, and no one to escalate this issue to, I dont know what more to do. At this rate, the baby will have arrived, before the compactum.

I am actually desperate. Please please come back to me with an answer on how you can get this delivered by the end of this week, or please issue me with a refund, urgently, in order for us to buy something else.
