DecoSA. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT use this company. I ordered (and paid for) a product from the online store in early December. There was absolutely no indication that the product was not in stock but it subsequently transpired that it wasn't and that DecoSA was unable to source it from any of the suppliers. I then asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued - I received a positive acknowledgement of this request from DecoSA on their Facebook messenger channel. This is pretty much where things ended because despite numerous requests for an update on the refund I was met with nothing but "we're looking into it" platitudes. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from an online company, ever.
