Deco SA: Unprofessional service

Deco SA incorrectly advertised the amount of an item online. It's been 4 weeks and they have failed to refund the amount paid for the item incorrectly advertised. They have been reactive for 3 weeks replying to my emails but have been proactive in processing the refund.

I have not received any feedback on the status of my refund. Utterly Unprofessional service.
