Bad experience
I bought and paid for a bookshelf 31 July 2020. Today 15th September still no bookshelf or an ETA. Ive used Facebook messages to contact the company, i got prompt responses until I asked for an ETA for my order. Same thing when contacted via email. Ill be finishing week 7 on Friday waiting for a product with 2-3 weeks lead time. At this point im hoping its not a ****, and if its not, I would not recommend them to anyone. Ive had zero accountability from this company.

09 Oct 2020, 10:41Thank you for response. The email I received said that my order would be dispatched 31 September 2020. I have tried to communicate with your company via email and facebook messenger and have not received any responses or feedback. To date my order has not been dispatched as per my account.
