Chairs Measurements were not done correctly

I ordered 4 chairs & table there was no information that they don’t deliver where I stay. I requested uber collected my order on the 16th Dec. When I assemble the chair 2 chairs measurements weren’t done correctly. I sent them the email with the pictures. The following they responded with case number & that they are working on the query with take at least 3 day. I been emailing & calling them because they’re not communicating. I called them again now they are saying the emailed relevant department & they haven’t responded. For goodness sakes it’s Christmas tomorrow I really don’t know what they want me do to, worse part they haven’t refunded me for the delivery fee. Today it’s the 24th Dec
